Founded in 2017, JAM Real Estate Partners is a full-service, vertically integrated real estate investment firm with extensive experience in identifying, sourcing and executing value-add real estate investment opportunities in Manhattan. Led by father and son, Steven and Jared Pinchasick, JAM's disciplined investment approach focuses on repositioning assets that are inefficient for today's renters and have been mismanaged by prior ownership. In addition to capitalizing on these inefficiencies, every investment opportunity is carefully vetted to ensure that it can be executed with a high degree of certainty. JAM Real Estate Partners leverages proven expertise, a fully integrated platform, extensive relationships, detailed financial analysis and due diligence, and a regimented and planned approach to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns to its investors.

Jared Pinchasick - Founder & Managing Principal. Jared Pinchasick is the Founder and Managing Principal of JAM Real Estate Partners, LLC, where he oversees all of the firm's operations. He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, business plan execution and investor relations. Prior to founding JAM Real Estate Partners, Jared Pinchasick was the vice president at Stone Street Properties and Springhouse Partners where he led and oversaw more than $500 million in acquisitions throughout New York City. Jared is a graduate of the University of Maryland and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of law and is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
Steven Pinchasick - Co-Founder & Principal. Steven Pinchasick is the Co-Founder and Principal of JAM Real Estate Partners, LLC, where he oversees the management of the firm's investments. Steven Pinchasick has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1980, when he was directly responsible for preparing and submitting numerous Public Offering Plans to the office of the Attorney General in the State of New York and is now a principal of EBMG, LLC, a real estate management company that currently oversees over 6,500 units across 80 buildings in the metropolitan area.
Gilad Coren - Head of Construction Management and Design. Gilad Coren is JAM Real Estate Partners' Head of Construction Management and Design. A graduate of Columbia University, Gilad is the founder of City Star Partners, a full-service real estate advisory firm specializing in construction and asset management. City Star Partners is proud to serve as JAM Real Estate Partners' exclusive partner overseeing all aspects of construction, design and business plan implementation. Prior to founding City Star Partners in 2017, Gilad was Head of Design and Construction at Stone Street Properties.
